This class is all about connection and community, making sure that you get both to help nourish and nurture your journey as a parent. It’s the Next Stage after the Early Stages course but don’t worry, going to that isn’t a pre-requisite!
Baby Massage: We’ll put our baby massage techniques into practice, focusing on different areas of the body each week. The massage techniques may help relieve any digestive issues, strengthen muscle tone, promote positive attachment and improve the quality of sleep.
Wellbeing Activity: We’ll spend some time on different wellbeing activity each week which may help bring clarity, alleviate stress, improve mood, and promote relaxation. Self-care through wellbeing activities can enhance your confidence and overall resilience, ultimately contributing to a healthier and happier transition into parenthood.
Circle: Peer support is crucial for parents as it provides a sense of belonging, understanding, and encouragement, helping you navigate the challenges of you may face with empathy and shared experiences. You’ll get this in spades in our Circles which offer a nurturing environment where you can share wisdom, receive emotional support, and form lasting connections – fostering a sense of community and empowerment in your journey.
This is a space where you can come for advice, where you definitely won’t be judged. A supportive space while you begin to fly in your new role.
This course is suitable for all babies from approximately 3 – 9 months old. Baby massage experience is desirable but not essential. All caregivers are welcome.
This course is held at Orange Bloom Yoga Studio, Hazel Grove on Wednesdays at 1.30pm. Once you’ve made your booking and paid via paypal, you’ll receive an information form to complete within 24-48 hours of purchase.
